MEET MAURICIO
A teacher who still remembers what it feels like to learn
Born in Buenos Aires, based in Amsterdam – and endlessly curious about how language shapes the way we think.
I learned Dutch as an adult, studied Philosophy in Dutch and built my teaching method from both sides of the classroom. That outsider’s eye helps me explain what native speakers often simply “feel”.
Spanish is my mother tongue and I’ve studied it intensively and extensively. I know how it works, why it works, and know how to make you understand the richness of the language as well.

Learning as a group?
Learning with a friend, partner or someone you know can make the process more motivating. You can practise together, help each other and stay on track between lessons.
I teach small groups of up to five or six people and offer a reduced rate per participant. The more people join, the lower the price per person.
